3. HGS is part of the Call for bids (RFQ) process from beginning to end.
We at HGS pride ourselves on our customer service. Once a vendor is chosen to receive an RFQ (request for quote) from you, we follow the process along and will communicate, until your needs and requirements are met. (That includes help with your preaudit and audit processes).
4. We help evaluate the bid submissions.
We work with our vendors very closely, therefore, once an RFQ is submitted, we evaluate it with them, to make sure all criteria are met, before submitting it to the client. We know our vendor (s) and their capabilities very well, and will be there to help ensure that the communication flow in streamlined to save you time and money.
5. WE Monitor the supplier performance.
Even the most reliable supplier can occasionally slip up. We are here to help make sure they have direct contact points to your company and conduct regular follow-ups and reviews of the process from beginning to end. We help you keep tabs on their work and make sure they’re fulfilling their end of the agreement.
